How do I receive a custom quote from Luxey Events?
Please submit your requested date.We will email to let you know if your requested date is available. If available, we will schedule a consultation. We will send a proposal after the consultation.
How do I secure my date?
To officially secure your date with Luxey Events, a 25% non-refundable retainer fee must be received. The remaining balance will be split into payments.
How long do you need to set up an event?
On average, it takes us 2 - 4 hours to set up an event. Please note that for more detailed design plans, more time may be needed.
How long does it take you to break down the event?
Most events take 1 - 1.5 hours to breakdown.
Do you offer consultations prior to booking an event?
We offer a complimentary phone consultation before booking. In person consultation fee is $100 for up to an hour. If you book after the consultation, the $100 will be deducted from your total invoice.

What type of party decor can you provide?
We have a decor inventory collection of many styles and colors. We have candelabras, vases, linens, backdrops, and more.
Do you travel?
We currently do not travel. We provide event planning and design services in Dallas,TX and surrounding cities.
